All of our staff, from laborer to project manager, has the safety of others as a priority. They conduct themselves courteously, responsibly and take great pride in their work.
Pro-active
When you wonder how the veneer will look, we will make a mock-up. We probe to reveal the structural conditions, so that the engineer can make an informed decision. We ask the architect for clarification of the specification during the bid, so that there are no surprises during the construction.

Our meeting minutes are timely and comprehensive. Our submittals documentation is accurate. Our requisitions are transparent. We comply with the codes.Inclusive: our sub-contractors are vital to the success of every project. We engage only those that subscribe to our values. Mike Serras, President
Michael has 30 years of experience in the New York City construction industry, starting with his father’s company and acquiring skills in several trades. Progressing to field superintendent and project manager he eventually founded his own business. Mike has a deep understanding of the entire construction process and is supported by the respect of his sub-contractors and employees.
